Metal
Stamping:
- We provide our customers with
stamped products using:
- Compound dies – where
low tool cost and flatness are critical, the process by
which most washers and simple stampings are produced
- Progressive dies – the
method by which many higher volume or more intricate,
three dimensional parts are produced
- Drawn stamping to 3”
depth – the method by which deeper, three dimensional
parts are produced
- All metal stamping dies are
made in-house which is more cost-effective (no overhead or
profit of outside tool shop) and results in shorter lead time
- We control timeliness and
quality of die production and part production
- Prototypes can often be laser
cut, machined or formed or a combination thereof to allow for
design changes without the high cost of altering tools and
dies
